Dismal service to the buyer. I have been trying to talk to someone at emoov on behalf of my daughter who had made an offer on a house being marketed by emoov. Numerous calls were made, nobody available, tech issues etc. Then eventually I spoke to three different receptionists all of whom were very polite and well trained in putting the caller off. They all said there were no agents available but they would ring back. They never did. When I asked to speak to a manager, they politely said there was no one available. When i insisted that there must be someone in authority to speak to they said there was none but my call would be escalated. I never did get the call and they never did ring my daughter about her offer despite her numerous calls and email. A masterclass in phone handling but if an internet company can't get back to the people its trying to serve then it is doomed as it should be. I would not recommend trying to deal with this company. If you do you will regret it.

Emoov were great. Everything you would expect from a normal estate agent, but at a fraction of the cost. The floorplan and photos package was excellent and the surveyor took his time to get it just right. The arrangement of viewings was simple and easy and once we had an offer, the chasing of solicitors, banks and others was tenacious and positive. Can't recommend them more. The only downsides of an online agent are you do the viewings yourselves, but frankly we found that meant we could answer viewers questions more effectively than an agent anyway. Save yourself real money - we saved over ï¿½3000 by going with Emoov rather than a normal agent.

The customer experience I received from Emoov and the staff, was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. In my profession I deal with hundreds of companies, some the largest in the world, and Emoov definitely ranks amongst the best 5 companies that I've ever had dealings with. I would highly recommend Emoov to Landlords and Tenants alike.

5 Star Plus! Fantastic service and extremely helpful! First time buyer of a shared ownership property so longer than usual process, they always kept in touch, always very understanding and explained everything. Highly recommended and will defiantly use again. Thank you for all your help guys.

EMOOV is a top of the range establishment. I was not really prepaired to buy a property, but as soon as I found the advert on the web, I contacted Mr.Paul and arranged a visit. after that everything went like a dream. 0 to 100 within no time. Mr.Benjamin Reeves ,finacial adviser; played a great role in co-ordinating solicitors,estate agent, vendor, which made everything perfect. Mr. Ben arranged my mortgage in principal, mortgage offer etc very quickly and the funny thing is I never physically met any one at EMOOV at all until now and I got the keys two months ago. I take this opertunity to THANK you all at EMOOV, you all well done, good team work and keep it up.
