From the point I contacted eMoov for information, they have been extremely helpful and provided amazing service. They came out to take photos and do the floor plan within a couple of days of my first contact, and the listing was live online within hours. James and the team were amazing in arranging viewings, and following up on each visit - within a week we had offers and James helped handle the clients and got us the asking price on our property! We then had some issues with an issue where the unsuccessful offer were 'harassing' us - turning up on the doorstep etc, but James was very understanding of our concerns and was very helpful. During the whole process leading up to exchange, he has called me every couple of weeks to check on things and offer assistance with anything required. I have already recommended eMoov to friends, and will continue to do so!

We decided to choose EMOOV to sell our house for 3 main reasons:- Firstly, cost - they weren't just a little cheaper, they were a lot cheaper than any of the high street agents. Secondly, reputation - reviews of their services were almost unanimously positive. Thirdly, I am retired so doing our own viewings was not a problem. However, old habits die hard and in spite of the above I have to admit we were a little worried about the service we would receive. We needn't have worried. EMOOV in general and James in particular, were exemplary. We never felt at any time that we received less than a full, professional, respectful and courteous service. James kept in regular contact with us throughout the process and this level of service continued right up to completion. We therefore have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending EMOOV.

Emoov were great. Everything you would expect from a normal estate agent, but at a fraction of the cost. The floorplan and photos package was excellent and the surveyor took his time to get it just right. The arrangement of viewings was simple and easy and once we had an offer, the chasing of solicitors, banks and others was tenacious and positive. Can't recommend them more. The only downsides of an online agent are you do the viewings yourselves, but frankly we found that meant we could answer viewers questions more effectively than an agent anyway. Save yourself real money - we saved over ï¿½3000 by going with Emoov rather than a normal agent.

The customer experience I received from Emoov and the staff, was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. In my profession I deal with hundreds of companies, some the largest in the world, and Emoov definitely ranks amongst the best 5 companies that I've ever had dealings with. I would highly recommend Emoov to Landlords and Tenants alike.

I used Emoov - Milton Keynes branch to sell my house just outside Aylesbury in March 2016. James Boult was my main contact. James provided a first class, professional service from start to finish. The process was clearly explained to me and my advert setup quickly and effectively. Emoov provided several viewings and sold my house within a few weeks. I received prompt accurate feedback on all viewings without any delays. Throughout the legal process James communicated extremely well to all parties involved and ultimately coordinated the sale with various Solicitors. I would highly recommend the honest, professional and very reasonably priced service offered by Emoov
