I can not thank the adel branch enough for everything they have done for me these past few months, as I was a first time buyer I honestly didn’t have a clue about anything house related,but they were absolutely fantastic with me and especially Janet, she has been my rock… helping me to fill forms in and sending them to the correct people etc !! Sometimes I would ring her up totally stressing and she would always have a calming word and smile to see me through!! I can honestly say they got me through a difficult time and if it wasn’t for them I probably would have thrown the towel in!!! 🤣 if I was ever to buy or sell again mannings would be the only estate agents I would use I have recommended them to my family and friends because I have only good things to say!! Guys you have been the absolute best I could have had and I owe most of it to you lot!! Thank you again for everything!!! I love my new house and as you kept saying to me it will all be worth it… it truly has been!! Thank you 👍👍

Really is a 5 start experience from manning Stainton, Adel and Caroline Munn and her team. Caroline was really great with everything I ask and help us so much with are move. Can’t thank them enough. Thank you so much Caroline and her team.

Janet dealt with our property sale and ensured that we were regularly informed of any interest in our property. We had several viewings over the eighteen month period which were carried out by staff at Manning and Stainton. I believe we may have set our original selling price too high- this was against advice from both Caroline and Janet. Thus, we didn't manage to sell. Thank you, Janet, for your very personal and professional approach in your dealings with us.
