Abby was excellent in helping us find the house we really wanted. We had a very narrow search and Abby kept us up to date with everything available on the market that might suit and helped us achieve the best price possible when the right property came up. First rate knowledge and market understanding was the difference, especially as it is so competitive currently. We can’t thank her enough and would recommend Abby and Mannings Moortown.

Manning Stainton have been very helpful and patient throughout a long process in the sale of my Father\'s house. It originally began in Spring 2019 when my father, age 92, decided to move out of his home of 60 years to live with my sister and I contacted Louise to sell the house. She was very considerate in contacting him and organising the details, as I live a considerable distance away. He changed his mind about selling several times and it was not until Feb 2020 when he became very ill and had to sell up and move that the house finally went on the market. By then Louise had handed over to Abby who very efficiently managed the process of offers and negotiating with buyers. We received a satisfactory offer just before lockdown but of course everything stalled and we could not complete on the sale. I am sad to say my Father died at Easter and so the house became the subject of probate which took many months. Throughout that process Abby remained pivotal in managing between solicitors and our buyer. The sale was finally completed in October. I would like to thank all the staff at Manning Stainton, especially Abby, for all their help and sympathetic patience over a long period.

Manning Stainton handled both the sale of our property and the purchase of the apartment we were moving to. This happened just before the first lockdown & the furlow of staff everywhere. Our purchase went through many delays because of various problems, but throughout, Abby, supported by Michelle, supported us in a friendly, helpful and professional manner, keeping in permanent touch with our buyer & reassuring both of us, while dealing with any problems along the way. Throughout all the frustrations we had, we couldn’t have asked for a better service. We’d like to thank all involved for a happy outcome & would not hesitate recommending Manning Stainton as an efficient and 1st class Estate Agent

Abby Williams at Mannings on Shadwell Lane went above and beyond for us. Forced into a bizar situation with our buyers loosing their sale, Covid 19, a rubbish solicitor & us emigrating to Australia poor Abby had her hands full! & I can honestly say 100% that if it wasnt for Abby keeping calm and on the ball, keeping the lines of communication open, reassuring us, chasing the rubbish solicitor, e mailing, phoning everyone- even with a 9hr time difference, we would have lost our sale. We will always be thankful for Abbys amazing efforts. Outstanding, honestly she could not have done more for us. PROMOTE THIS GIRL?
