Taleb Almohammad Is such a professional and achieves first class customer service both for Landlords and tenants alike. I highly recommend him as my top agent & thank John Sheader too for all his expertise & advice whilst I have been a landlord at Manning Stainton. He is the best Property Manager that I have had the pleasure of working with at Manning Stainton and certainly is deserving of this accolade. His attention to detail is amazing and answers all correspondence and property matters punctually ensuring landlord and tenant are both in agreement. They have a good online system in place for tenants to self help when there are matters that require attention in your property out of hours and Manning Stainton always offer very reliable tradesman to complete minor works at your property, should you need these. I am a long serving Manning Stainton Landlord and would highly recommend this excellent Letting agency at Moortown Leeds. They value your property in line with market value and I have always had very short periods in between tenants and always had excellent tenants in my property. In my opinion they go above and beyond and deserve this positive 5 Star Review for excellent customer service.

John made the decision as branch manager to leave me in a brand new house in the freezing cold without hot water, heating, running water at all, unable to wash up, have a shower or bath, unable to even flush the toilet. John made this decision, and further to that - he refused to communicate with me despite me being reasonable at that time. One phone call was all that was needed, instead John decided to hide behind the on-call plumber at 9pm at night, so not even intrusive into his sleep. The plumber at the time very cautiously relayed "he will just call you tomorrow", which is disgusting.

Thank you for the great help of instructing engineers to fix the boiler promptly. Besides, the two engineers worked until later afternoon professionally and patiently.

I had a few small teething problems moving in to my property such as an issue with the washing machine and the boiler resetting Corina was hugely responsive and made me feel like me feeling happy in my home was important. I feel hugely reassured that my property is being managed by Manning Stainton and Corina herself.

My wife and I needed to relocate to Leeds from Reading and find a rental property quickly having sold our house. We initially had a positive video tour of a suitable property (saving a long drive) followed by a meeting with the agent and landlord, leading to us securing the property. The related admin (having not rented a property for 30 years) was very smooth and mainly handled online with only the odd call to quickly resolve any questions or glitches. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff.
