Very happy. I was kept up to date on a regular basis. Found a tenant from the first visit. They were also very polite and respected the previous tenants' privacy and only visited the property at the allocated dates and times. Polite and kind at all times. Excellent service. Highly recommend landlords to use Townends.

Roddy was really helpful when searching for a rental property. He kept in touch regularly and made sure his colleagues were on hand to help us when he wasn't available. While Roddy was out of the office, Ravi sent through and submitted our offer sheets to the landlord, making the whole process as quick and easy as possible and resulting in us getting the flat we wanted!
