Simon and his team were very professional in ensuring that the sale process ran smoothly and where a delay was anticipated, he was able to alleviate the problem. He was not only able to find a suitable buyer, but was also able to find a suitable accommodation for the tenants in the property to move to. I would recommend Townends to anyone wanting to sell, buy or rent.

Simon Bright is a legend! He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, switched-on, professional, insightful, dedicated, whilst at the same time being patient, understanding and reassuring (and just generally lovely). I experienced a series of unfortunate events (to put it mildly) selling my flat, and there is no one I would rather have had on my side through it all. Forget everything you think you know about estate agents! I cannot recommend Townends highly enough.

I switched to Townends after a disappoing service from another estate agent and didnt regret it. I recently completed a very long, drawn out flat sale with Simon Bright at South Norwood branch. There were many issues including the discovery of Knotweed, negotiating a new lease, two lazy solicitors and a buyers deposit which took an age to arrive. Simons knowledge, professionalism and positivity made sure everything ran as smoothing as possible despite the process taking around 9 months. I would be very happy to recommend this branch to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. Thank you Simon, and you staff, for all your help in the sale of Flat 5.

For various reasons the sale of my flat took almost a year to complete. During that time I cannot fault the service I received from Simon Bright as my sales agent. He was incredibly patient, courteous, professional, helpful and always put my best interests first. I cannot recommend him highly enough and I will always be grateful for the consistent support I received during what became a very stressful year. Thank you Simon! Excellent, excellent service!

Words cannot express the support and expertise received from Simon during a very difficult time for myself and my family. Was kept updated and fully informed during the whole procedure and received a very satisfactory result in the end.
