Lauren, Rosanna and Deborah Carroll were the three members of staff this time, my second time of using this firm. Lauren and Rosanna helped two years ago and were the reason I immediately thought of EMOOV again. They had all my previous information at their finger tips. They are so professional, fast and friendly that it is difficult to imagine how anything could be better. Using EMOOv puts High Street agents in the shade.

If you are looking for your next home at properties on-line as we did then just consider how much you can save by using Emoov to advertise your own home for sale. We did and the experience was completely hassle free with Tom Davey our Emoov sales manager keeping us completely up to date with every stage of the selling process from initial price negotiation through to completion. We saved even more by using the hook up that Emoov have with conveyance solicitors. We can't praise the Emoov service high enough. They sent a professional photographer and we even wrote our own sales blurb although they could have done this for us. Even the 10 bullet points displayed by on-line property advertisers like Right Move and Zoopla, were under our control and written by us.

We sold our London flat through eMoov and it was the best decision we made. We initially invited 3 high street EAs to value our flat. Their valuations ranged from £325k, £350k to £365k. We felt they were undervaluing our property just to get a quick sale. After much research, we contacted eMoov and they managed the whole process faultlessly. Jessica Brill was our main contacted and she was thorough, experienced and relentless in her pursuit of all the parties involved to ensure our chain of 5 was progressing. She was also calm and cheerful and a great support to us through the ups and downs of selling our property. Having eMoov available to contact 7 days a week and up to 8pm on weekdays was a real bonus and if Jessica was not available anyone who answered the call was able to help us. Setting up our advert, which was listed on all the major selling portals like Rightmove, was easy. eMoov sent a person to photograph and measure our property and to do our EPC. We were given sign off on which photographs were used and even added some of our own. There is a template you can fill in with your advert details, and this is customisable. You regularly get a statistics report which helps you to see who is viewing your property and this enables you to make adjustments to your advert if you want to. eMoov provided us with a brochure to print off and give to our prospective buyers and the viewings were led by ourselves. We asked for feedback and all our viewers said they found the eMoov platform straightforward for booking viewings and they really liked having the homeowners show them around as we had much more knowledge about the flat and local area than an estate agent would. Also our viewings averaged around 40 minutes instead of approximately 15 with an EA, which gave each viewer much more time to get to know the flat and feel if it was right for them. We felt this process added to the success of our sale as we got 5 offers out of 6 viewings on one day and achieved our asking price of £389.950. We were so pleased we choose eMoov to help us sell our flat and have recommended them to our friends and we will definitely use them again in the future

We were delighted with every aspect of the sale process. eMoov surpassed our expectations with every stage of the process. Having placed the order eMoov were in touch very quickly to arrange the photographer. He was a very pleasant and courteous gentleman and the photos were shared with us for our approval. The advert went live online on a Sunday with contact from eMoov all the way. Arranging viewings was also so easy, we received emails and texts with time and date options. A simple reply and it was booked. Any email I sent was responded to very quickly by the team. Although Jessica and Lauren were my named contacts it was definitely a team effort, I was never kept waiting for replies and knew what stage I was at all the time. I really cannot fault any part of the experience. Thank you, keep up the good work.

We searched the Internet to find a reputable 'online estate agent' and was very pleased when we saw the reviews on Emoov. We had a couple of local estate agent view our property but their fees were so high for doing no more than any other online agent would do. We also figured that the fees the local agents were charging would go to something of value in our new home. Most of the dealings we had on Emoov was through Molly Slevin and we have to say Molly was a real star! Within about 3-4 days of us advertising our home we were receiving calls to say that potential buyers wanted to view our home. We were always kept informed of any appointments both by text and email, occasionally we also a phone call. After 2 weeks we recited a very good offer and Emoov kept well on top of this. At the 11th hour our solicitor went out of business but Emoov stepped up to the plate and found us a solicitor that was absolutely brilliant! She took our documents home and read them at the weekend so we could exchange and complete on the same day! thank God for good people. We would highly recommend Emoov to everyone they are definitely the very best online estate agents.
