We recently sold our house through the Shaw office and Michaela and her colleagues provided an excellent service. Vicki\'s valuation was well researched and despite the absence of comparable properties after inspecting the property she proposed what we considered a realistic figure. The property was well presented in the marketing process and resulted in numerous enquiries and viewings which were well handled. During this process Michaela provided excellent liaison between prospective buyers and ourselves, keeping up us up to date on developments and ultimately achieving a successful outcome.

Michaela at the Shaw office was excellent when dealing with the sale of 44 Edward Road Shaw OL2 7EY. She kept our buyer and ourselves fully informed throughout the process. She also liaised on our behalf with our purchase estate agent in Lancaster. She has a friendly manner and lots of patience, which I\'m sure we tested at times. I would also want to commend Ryan at the same office for his help. He was both courteous and efficient.
