A big thanks to all at Bradley Bishop for completing a sale and purchase. Firstly to Mark for his professionalism and honesty in dealing with both transactions. Secondly and especially to Emma for progressing a very difficult sale / purchase (due to the attitude of another parties' solicitors). I have no hesitation in recommending Bradley Bishop and, should I move in the future, will certainly use their services again. Thank you all.

Emma, Hayley, Mark and the rest of the team at Bradley Bishop have been wonderful throughout the selling of my property, and the purchase of our new home. As can be the case with buying the case when selling and buying a property, our experience wasn't without it's hurdles, but the team really went out of their way to smooth over any issues. They were responsive, knowledgeable and really helpful throughout the process. We felt extremely well looked after at all times, by a team of people that really care. Thank you all so much for your efforts!

I was impressed with the service from the very first moment. When I first called there was no answer- I was about to call another agent when i received a call back from Mark at Bradley Bishop- he had not known what my call would be regarding but called back regardless. The valuation took place in a matter of days and I knew this was the agent to sell my property. Within a week or so of marketing we were under offer at asking price and I was kept up to date by Emma all the way through. The whole team have been excellent and I would definitely use them again. Could not have chosen a better agent.

Having not chosen an estate agent before I ended up choosing Bradley Bishop because of their manners, honest opinions and price. Mark and Esther were happy to do the majority of viewings and offered honest feedback. They were flexible and always tried to work out suitable viewing times for my family and the potential buyer. It was after the sale was agreed that the Bradley Bishop came in to their own. I was passed from the 'sales team' to Emma the Progressor who is more than fantastic. Emma kept in constant touch with me, my buyer, my sellers estate agent and even my seller. At some points through what was a difficult sale Emma knew more about the situation than the solicitors because she was proactively investigating for us. Emma went above and beyond what I was ever expecting and smashed any preconceptions I had of an 'estate agent'. Bradley Bishop are certainly modern time estate agents and I don't feel there is anything more they could have done to assist me and my husband in the sale of our property. Thank you all for always being available to talk to, for your advice and for keeping on top a very stressful situation!

I really cannot speak highly enough of the team at Bradley Bishop. From the moment we met Mark when he came to do the valuation he stood out amongst a whole host of other agents we had invited into our home. The valuation was fair and competitive and the strategy used was absolutely right in getting us the best price for our flat. He was honest and personable and we were confident he was the man for the job. We had a fairly tricky set of circumstances to overcome in one way or another and in moments of difficulty it was reassuring to know that everyone on the team was able to offer advice and put us at ease with their confident and considered approach - no matter who we spoke to. A particular word of thanks and appreciation must go to Emma who is exactly the kind of person you need on your side in progressing your sale. She is a star! The communication has been excellent at all stages and we been nothing but impressed with the service we have received from the BB team. Thank you!
