Both girls are helpful and efficient in dealing with any inquiries you may have moving into a property. Kate showed us around and was informative and professional at all times, during the referencing process i called on regular basis to get an update and always found them helpful and friendly.

As always very efficient ,prompt service .Kept fully informed through process with new incoming tenants ,used pinewood now for 5 years and very happy and would happily recommend to anyone to use .Had plenty of viewings from when property became vacant.

I have rented properties from Pinewood for the last two years (2015-17). The staffs are always very friendly and helpful. I have a very demanding job with unpredictable finishing time. Kate and Rhiannon always tried to accommodate viewing arrangements to suit my timetable. Last August, they helped me to streamline my application so the transition of moving from one accommodation to another was made smooth by their efforts.
