We were in a hurry to move and both Matt and Gareth made the move as efficient as possible. They stayed in contact throughout and kept us updated with developments, arranged keys, inventory and all paperwork quickly so we could move on a day that suited us. Matt contacted us a week after we had moved to see if everything was OK and to see if we had any issues, which is great from a customer point of view. Would recommend using Ryder and Dutton based on Matt and Gareth alone

Matthew was very efficient with dealing with a problem with my house. He organised quotes for work, organised the contractors and there were a few different ones to deal with as well as keeping the tennant happy. As always the work completed is of an excellent standard. The whole process could have been a really stressful situation for me however it was not as Matthew dealt with everything. As Matthew looks after my property, having one person to deal with all the time means he knows my property as well as I do.

Lynne and Matthew make a great team, promptly addressing issues whether raised by the tenant or myself. They are quick to take action where necessary, contact myself quickly without undue delay to take input and direction. Work is quoted for quickly and accurately, work is scheduled once approval received, and not once has there been follow on actions required.
