Overall I had a decent experience with Sterling de Vere. Though the room pictures were a bit misleading, the room and services provided were good enough for my needs.

Overall, I've had a very positive and satisfying experience with Sterling De vere. My personal agent Ruslan and my account manager Rita Mercier helped ensure this. Although in the beginning the cleaner didn't come to the flat, Rita ensured rectification of this. Even with regards to the rent payment, I made sure to communicate if a particular period's rent would be 2-4 days late due to the international transfers (me being an international student), and both Ruslan and Rita were very co-operative about it assuring me of no late fee because of timely communication. This level of cooperation and understanding, in my opinion, distinguishes Sterling from all other agencies. They go beyond their professional duty to ensure a smooth stay. The washing machine once stopped working and the problem was rectified within 48 hours of notification. I would totally recommend sterling de vere and give them a thumbs up for their excellent service.

Rita is helpful and has sorted problems where necessary. The property is good and as requested although the internet drops out often. Other than that perfectly happy.
