I have been very impressed by the service offered by Bradley Bishop. They came up with the great idea of having multiple appoinments on the same day. From nine viewings came five offersw so not bad at all...you could say the house was sold in a day which is birillaint! Good comms from the whole team throughout. I would highly recommend.

What else can I say? How I wish Emma was in charge of the whole mortgage underwriting, conveyancing as she was with the house post sales progression. If she was involved in all the above, I can assure anyone that the process would've taken less than a month. That's how proactive she was, chasing up, providing updates at every stage of the process. She always gives reassurance with her wonderful countenance. Just short of words to describe this wonderful staff of yours and person.

We have bought a house through Bradley Bishop and have found the whole experience was brilliant. They worked very hard behind the scenes and kept us updated regularly. Every staff member we have spoken to have been incredibly cheerful and a delight to talk to. They made the experience of buying a house easier than we thought it would be (many people had said it would be stressful). A massive thank you to all at BB who have helped us in this process.

I would highly recommend Bradley Bishop Estate Agents. Having moved house 11 times over the years, this sale was not at all straightforward. Many thanks to Emma in particular for her tenacity and persistance in handling some very difficult negotiations with my purchaser, always following every problem up to the nth degree, and ALWAYS keeping me up to date, liaising with my solicitor on multiple occasions to ensure every update was relayed. Her patience and persistence contributed towards the successful conclusion of my sale and her support was very much needed and appreciated. Thanks also to Esther and Nicole, who were both very professional and always there to advise and pass on messages. I dealt with Nicole originally when signing up for the sale of my property and was impressed with the company ethos from the outset. I have NOT been disappointed!

Bradley bishop I would recommend to anyone selling or buying their home. They are very reasonable on their fees and nothing is too much trouble to assist and support you along the way to buying and selling your home. I chose Bradley Bishop because of good feedback I had seen from previous customers using their service and I can highly recommend the use of this estate agents. First class estate agents.
