Unprofessional and Inept on 20/02/2018

I find the unethical and most inept way that these agents operate most disturbing. They feel that their experience of being an Estate Agent, makes them far more aloof and more informed in environmental and housing laws than the local authorities. The attitude and unprofessional manner that they operate on is most disturbing, if a home is rendered unfit for habitation by a government authority it would be thought that an Estate Agents would value this and try to re house or assist the tenant. It would seem that the bottom line of this agency is pure financial gain and they have little or no interest in the reputational damage their actions are causing in addition to the effect they have in peoples lives. My sincere advice would be to avoid them at all costs.
