Charles initially came to take our home home photographs and to do the Energy Performance Certificate. I cannot comment enough on his professionalism and helpfulness. He paid very close attention to detail to get each photo right. I was amazed at the great quality of his work. Ross had to endure the journey from offer to completion and he did so well. When I was panicked, he didn't. Not sure how he kept such a cheerful and calm demeanor throughout but that is just what you need when buying and selling. Would definitely recommend Emoov. Amazing value for money.

Charles Fernandez has been outstanding and we couldn't have asked for a better rep to put us at ease and offer us invaluable advice and take so much time and care while taking our photos. We will definitely be keeping his card and recommending him to anyone who wants to sell their property. He went above and beyond what was expected of him with his amazing customer care. He is a great asset to Emoov.

Charles has been very clear and enthusiastic from the outset. He has taken brilliant pictures of our house. Definitely recommend. Holly has been great for sorting bits and pieces on email relating to fees, etc. Great customer service.

After speaking to numerous high street estate agents who were charging 1.5 to 2%, someone recommended looking at online estate agents which I wasn't so sure about, but after doing my research and reading reviews it was between eMoov and Purple Bricks. I decided on eMoov as they were alot cheaper and Charles came round to provide the free valuation. Charles is down to earth and professional at the same time, and explains what needs to be done to have buyers interested. After spending a few hours discussing this I decided to sign up with eMoov that day. As I needed to get my property on the market quickly, Charles managed to fit me in to take photos and a virtual tour which was then ready for me to review the same day. The photos and virtual tour were good quality and a good representation of the property. The service Charles has provided has been great and their online site to update the property details is easy to use. I am now in the process of listing my property online.
