I would like to commend all the staff members of EMoov for their dedicated support in selling our property. They were on hand seven days a week. There is no way we would go back to a high street agents after EMoov. They have a team that is second to none. The days of the high street agent are numbered. I am so delighted I chose EMoov and it was only by chance that I saw their board. The only thing the do not do and it is unnecessary anyway is show viewers around your property. Even their board is cleverly designed so that when you have an offer you simply unscrew the front section of the board to reveal the sold sign! Emoov are always there to answer any questions by their top team and nothing is too much trouble for them. From the first day until the last they were exactly the same. They did not do as the high street agents do and put your property on at a higher value and then wait a couple of weeks and say you must reduce it because it is not selling! They save you the price of a new kitchen too. They value your property at the value of local properties in your district. They even raised the price of mine! And it sold!! Thank you EMoov from the bottom of my heart. I will never ever go with a high street agent again. Thanks to Hayley Cannon, Louise Maher, Alice Storrar, Ross English and last but not least Ms Korotkiewicz. What a wonderful team you all are. Also Callum Quirke.

Hi, I am writing this email so that relevant personnel are aware of the excellent customer service provided by Emoov, Jack Trout in particular. We instructed Emoov to sell our then family home (11 Wordsworth Road) in May 2016; the whole process from initial contact to the ultimate sale was faultless. I have heard many horror stories of online agents and was initially hesitant however, having dealt with a high street agent during the purchase of another property I can confirm that the service provided by Emoov was second to none. The sale was far from being a smooth transaction due to a number of reasons; mainly incompetence on the buyers solicitors side, the buyers dragging their feet and the onward purchase of a repossessed property. At times I recall calling Emoov up to 5 times a day and at no point did the team seem to be put out by this. In this day and age of increased demands placed by customers on service providers I feel that us customers generally only make contact in the case of a complaint however, we should also celebrate excellent customer service ! I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Jack for his support during the sale of 11 Wordsworth Road. I really do believe that without his continued support and guidance we would have missed out on the opportunity of purchasing our forever home. Based on our experience we will have no hesitation in recommending Emoov to others. Moving house is a very stressful process and the service from my solicitors was horrendous so when dealing with emoov it was a breathe of fresh air. Could not fault communication if I emailed I would get a reply straight away. When arranging a viewing it was a quick painless process. They have answered all my quietness and have been more than helpful. Everyone i have spoken to has been polite and satisfied any of my requests. Thank you for your professionalism and answering my emails in a swift timely manner.

I cannot recommend emoov highly enough. Apart from the huge saving on fees, their communication was fantastic, the added convenience of being able to contact them outside of normal office hours, all day Saturday AND on a Sunday. Although we mostly dealt with Pamela Redford, who was extremely helpful and very friendly, all the team were fantastic. If we ever need to use an estate agent again we will definatley use Emoov.
