Selling my house and buying a new one with Townends was an almost stress free experience which I have been told is very rare. Emma was very intuitive and knowledgeable about the property we have now bought when showing my wife and I around at the beginning of the process and has been helpful with our enquiries thoughout the process. Chad was also helpful with keeping us upated in the final days before exchange.

Emma and Chad were so helpful during our recent property purchase. They were positive when tensions arose in the chain and proactive about chasing down the issues and reassuring other chain members in order to stop it from collapsing. The run up to exchange became even more strained as we had to exchange our sale ahead of our purchase. It was through our trust in them that we had the confidence to do this with the reassurance that our purchase would shortly follow, which it eventually did.
