Terrible agency. Communication is very bad. Awful customer service. Please be aware not to deal with wentworth and rose company. Not professional at all. Katie Wright is bad at communicating and she really needs to fix it.

Fantastic estate agents! Very proactive, plus they’re easy to contact and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone selling their house. I was particularly impressed by Emma and Katie from the Harborne office. Thanks for everything you did for us.
