A very good experience. Manning Stainton were always easy to talk to, helpful and patient. My Move Manager, Carol Hartley was always available for advice and encouragement, well able to talk to me in layman's language ,to explain what had to happen next, and guide me through the various stages of selling and buying.

Having had the first buyers pull out at the last minute after dragging their feet for months, I was wary of going through the process again. Laura offered to see it through for me from start to finish and she was exceptional. There were problems along the way mainly due to the vendor's solicitor, but Laura chased, followed up, reassured, talked to others in the Chain, and did everything she could to help and to finally get the sale through and the purchase of the new house. The rest of the Team there helped too when Laura wasn't in the office. She made me feel that it really mattered to her that my move went as smoothly as possible. She was brilliant, friendly, helpful and professional.

Having had no success on a sale with another estate agent in 8months up to December 2018, we spoke to Manning and decided to put our house back on the market in January2019. Within 3 months we had an offer and accepted. The staff we excellent throughout and I would recommend Manning to anyone looking to put their house on the market.

From the first meeting with Matthew, we had a good feeling about these agents and we weren't disappointed! From start to finish they were fantastic! Always at the end of the phone if we had a query (of which there were many!) and very quick to respond to emails. As our sale progressed there were complications, throughout this Laura went above and beyond her role to sort out the problems! Rhiannon and Pippa were incredibly helpful too and we never felt like we were pestering (though I'm sure at times we did!!) I honestly can't recommend Manning Stainton and this team highly enough! Thank you to everyone at the Guiseley branch for achieving our sale!!
