Agents are slow to respond to requests. They do not take phone calls, and emails were met with an out of office message every single time. Repairs are very slow to occur, with a leak in the kitchen drain pipe going unaddressed for over a month. After a while, we began communicating with the landlord directly, as he is much more responsive and eager to keep his flat in working condition. *

Very impressed with the professional approach with this agency. Sam was great on the viewing, talked me through the whole process and was even kind enough to drop off at the station after our viewing. The process was made very easy by Nick who was a pleasure to correspond with. Always there to help. I would also like to mention Anne-Marie who made the move in and getting settled very nicely.
