Been a client with DeVere for a long period of time now and their communication levels are positively great. I called yesterday to get an update about my deposit that I desperately need and initially spoke to a friendly gentleman called shahi. He was friendly, honest and keen to help get my enquiry dealt with. I was then passed on to another manager called Tolga who was well spoken and took it into his hands to help with getting my deposit back. They both were very helpful and bog credit to the accounts team for your teamwork.. Deposit received thanks.

I was able to view the room with Hieu before making payment. The tenancy agreement was properly explained to me. Upon coming to the office I was given a warm reception and all my questions were properly answered.

I am really happy with the way that Devere managed the whole process of preparing and letting out my property. It really took the stress off me and I got a market rate which is also guaranteed. I used to let the flat myself, and I used to have empty periods when tenants moved. Not any more! The weekly cleaning keeps the property tidy and when I inspected it was in good shape.
