We had a terrible experience with Turners. They took advantage of us by suggesting to deduct end of tenancy cleaning charges from our deposit. I thought they would act professionally and allowed them to do so. However they charged us 7 times higher than the market rate for a studio apartment cleaning. When confronted, they reacted very unprofessional and bully like. I would not recommend dealing with this estate agent.

Thanks to John we found a wonderful new family home, after a few nightmare weeks of looking. Both he and Nicola made the whole process very easy and smooth. Very happy with the service from Turners and would recommend them to friends and family.

I dealt with Rob and John for my purchase and rental over last 1 year. On both occasions, the professiaonl services offered by Turner is exceptional. Kept me up to date at all the times and everything you would need from the estate agent to ensure your transactions flows smoothly.I could not talk more highly of Turners Agency in Morden, highly recommended!

Robert showed us around the property, he had a very down to earth and personable nature. He gave us all the information we needed and time and space to discuss our thoughts. Robert also gave us a chance to view the property earlier than anticipated. John was very professional, he clearly takes pride in enabling people to find their dream property. Each conversation was always personal to us, he walked us through costs and clauses in our tenancy agreements and deposits concisely and ensured we knew all we needed to know. With any queries about the property he listened, understood and noted all. With mine and my partners peculiar rental position, we were very worried as to whether we were able to actual procure a property. John helped us start our journey in Morden, and ensure paperwork was thoroughly filled out in a very short timescale, allowing us to move in promptly. We look forward to the rest of our tenancy under John and his team.
