After a very difficult, emotional and stressful period trying to decide which was the best option to sell my property via estate agent or auction. I made the executive decision to go through Auction House, I've never sold at auction before but from start to finish the team was very considerate, professional and kept me up to date with developments, and they were always available to answer any questions. I've had a fantastic experience and extremely impressed with their service. I would highly recommend Auction House Manchester to anyone wanting to make a quick sale, and I would like to thank all the team, especially Ian Hill and Sarah Lynn for making this whole experience easy and stress free. Cannot thank Yvette and Ian enough. They made the process smooth even when things cropped up that may have made things difficult. Selling at auction was the right decision for me, but if you're thinking of doing it then do it with these guys.. they're ace.

I am ever so pleased with the service I received from both Yvette Taylor & Ian Hill and indeed all the staff in the office. Yvette & Ian were very professional and kept me informed all the way through the selling process. Everything was explain to me in a clear and concise manner. They took all the stress away of selling a property. The process has not been stressful at all and I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend them to anyone.
