All the emoov staff involved in the sale of our house were excellent, especially Tom Davey who was the case handler. He kept me informed all the way through and liaised with our buyers. He was always helpful, friendly and polite and went out of his way to offer help and advice. Earlier in the process of the sale, Louise Maher and Lisa Karabos and Jodie were instrumental in keeping us informed when solicitors were on holiday and we could get no information on the progress of our sale from anybody else. It was really easy to get in touch with everyone we dealt with on emoov, and they were really good at getting back to us if they were dealing with another client when we phoned. They followed up on feedback from viewers and Tom Davey gave us really sound advice throughout the sale negotiation. We felt that the service we got was personal and, having been with a local agent previous to emoov, their service was far superior.

I am delighted with the service that I received from emoov, in particular Louise as she really worked hard in what was a difficult complex sale. She not only put me at ease but she really had an extensive knowledge of selling houses and dealing with issues. I was never left just wondering and always had updates as to what was happening. I will never use any other company to sell future properties not only have I saved thousands I have found a company that I trust, which is priceless. Thanks Louise
