Snap. Similar experience here. Complete bunch of charlatans. Prior Estates take your money and then you never hear from them. In the one time in a hundred when you do get a response, they promise you they will get back to you and then they NEVER do!

Gutted to hear you've had the same experience as me of this poisonous firm.
One of the worst decisions of my life was to appoint Prior Estates to manage my block of flats. I was sucked in by their website and their slick sales techniques.
They have made my life a misery through their intransigence, neglect and extreme unreliability, and I have suffered years of insomnia and depression because of how they've treated me. ...

The above is obviously an untrue review as it is the ONLY one that states anything positive about Prior Estates and contradicts EVERYONE else's experiences.
Prior Estates' Directors have been messing me around endlessly and caused me tremendous stress. I wish I'd never come across Prior Estates and I rue the day I first walked into their offices.

Disgraceful company. Allowed an entire block of flats to go with out electric or central heating for two weeks before telling the tenants they had to sort it out them selves. Were rude and aggressive when tenants rang begging for help. Stay away from them!...

Totally agree with the other comments here.
Prior Estates are always in "meetings" or on holiday. A complete farce of a company. Stay well clear unless you enjoy the stress of hiring a company that will do **nothing** for you unless you keep chasing them up. ...
