I contacted this company some 7 days ago and arranged an appointment for following Monday at 11am, On Monday bang on 11am my mobile phone rang and Marie Mitchell informed me "she had car trouble and she would have to re-schedule me" [no apologies were offered for no-show] she continued ... What agent could do to change your mind?
She obviously should have called me earlier if she could not make appointment, as flat was empty i had some travelled 20 miles to to show her apartment for this apointment. She should have apologised for no-show. She should have called me back to re-arrange a suitable apointment. It is pretty obvious she was not interested in this apartment,surprisingly when PRG fees for selling apartment could have been considerable.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
