Some incredibly unfair tenancy terms and inventory terms, not to mention the professionalism of some of the staff who seemed only motivated to grab their next commission at the expense of the tenant. Rented a property from them for 5 years. Pathetic service - do not take responsibility for providing even the basic services such as heating, water leaks or security. Always blame the landlords for everything, but make sure that every penny is charged both ways. They only accept 'independent' ... Read Full Review

We were purchasing a property and during the process we wer e not regularly informed of the next process etc. We continually had to chase and ask what will happen next or when should we do the next item etc. Secondly when discussing items they would interupt what you are asking or saying.
