Would not recommend.
Various appliances (including radiator) stopped working and NEVER fixed even at the point we left, despite Repair within a reasonable time frame being part of their contractual obligations.
Will look at holding back money for the most tenuous of reasons. Pretty disgusting. ...

Hi,
As you will appreciate, lockdown had a bit of a backlog with regards to tradesmen, who worksheets were sent to, but unfortunately, it appears have not contacted you for access. Thankfully, the items you are referring to, were not detrimental to you living in the property (emergencies - as explained in your paperwork at the back of your lease and fortunately these particular repairs did not inhibit your ability to live in the property).
