If you are a landlord - use another agency!!! We let our flat out through Premier Lets for a couple of years. When we let we were told by Jenny that the tenants had a guarantor and therefore there would never be a problem getting the rent. For all of the tenants' time in the flat they never paid without me having to call him every month and insist that he did. The guarantor was never chased and when we suggested that they did chase them we were simply told that they did not have any money! ...

Whilst looking for a new property to buy to let, I came across Premier Let\'s and Sales in Seaford. I have to say I was a little put off by the negative reviews I have seen online and as I\'m new to the area was a little wary about using their services. been a user of premier lets now for over 8 years, one flat and a two bed hell hole, i have to say that they just dont care at all !!!! and i mean dont care you ring them to tell that there is a problem they say, " not are problem landlord does his own repairs" yer right, the problems started the day we moved in to the last place, wrong paperwork, immeresion heater didnt work and took and i mean took two years to repair !!!, we had holes appearing in the lounge wall, rang again la...

Horrific! At first, this company seems like they know what they are talking about and seem to care about your needs but all soon changes after signing. When we first moved into a property, they gave us the wrong keys and from there is all went down hill. These people will lie to you (particularly the agent Amber), try to intimidate you and try to add charges for everything. Spoke to Kim regarding our boiler (only serviced 2 months ago). She is rude, arrogant and honestly doesnt care. Then she spins what she says. I asked who to complain to. She stated to complain to the MD, because Jenny was 'JUST AN OFFICE MANAGER'. I have used Premier Lets Ltd Seaford for 4 years (2 properties) now. On signing, they are soooo nice. A disgrace to their industry. I was guarantor for a tenant and treated as absolute scum. Their agent deliberately misledus all at the initial viewing. Enless formerly concealed charges appered once the new tenant were commited to moving. Despite having a bouyant local business I was told in the most offensive manner possible that I was not acceptable because I was not traading as a limited company unless I agreed to give copies of all business bank accounts - which contained the personal deta...

These people are an absolute joke. They seem really helpful at first but once youve signed they are not interested at all. We were renting a brand new luxury flat, after 3/4 months I noticed a water marking in the skirting board. I felt it & it was damp. I immediately contacted Premier to inform them of this, they took 7 weeks to arrange for someone to come out and "confirm" that yes, there must be a leak. Then a further five weeks for some one to come and cut a hole in the wall to deal with it....
