Extremely rude and unprofessional, Carole is a nasty piece of work and I have never known anybody to be so toxic and unapproachable in my life. Landlords should also avoid, she does not lodge deposits or ensure properties are HMO compliant at all....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more professional, polite and much more fair. Made more effort to give deposit back in reasonable time. Made sure landlord was registered as is legally required. Less intrusive re 3 month inspection.
