Clare is the rudest person I've ever met, she took money out of my deposit for cleaning, even though the house was cleaned from top to bottom including carpets shampooed, by myself as I am employed as a cleaner. Then when I asked for proof that she had paid for cleaners she got the new tenants parents to write a letter to say they had cleaned it and I had to pay them for the time. Absolute joke. I also left my cooker because she said the new tenants didn't have one, and I left a lovely fireplace...

What a horrid experience dealing with these rude incompetent people. Claire is the "manager" who clearly has never been on a managerial course in her life! or customer service for that matter. Absolutely Terrible. Repairs are never carried out. the property we rented had dangerous defects. We had to contact the local authority in the end to get our repairs carried out. phone calls are never answered. neither are e-mails. To top it all off, the workers are rude, unhelpful and very unpleasant to deal with. We are now renting with Martin & Co which is like a breath of fresh air compared to these cowboys. Amazed they haven't been shut down!...

Please move me 2 help me find a property within 2 weeks when I relocated from london. I did not think I would be able to find somewhere at short notice, but claire found me somewhere really quick with my pet . They put it through all the checks as quickly as they could so I could move and start my work immediately. They really are great agents that care about their tenants. I was a tenant for a couple of years with PLS and I was very happy with the service provided by them. Any maintenance issues were always resolved immediately and when I left they were very professional and I had my security deposit back quickly....

I have been speaking with a lot of past tenants recently gathering evidence on this company and let me tell you, not one person has found them remotely good in any way.. this is a lovely review from the PLS move me 2 staff - well done guys!!!! clearly their own handy work. I have reported this.....

I have been a tenant with pls moveme2 for over two years now. If I ever have any problems I give them a call and it gets sorted within a day or two. I find all staff very friendly and helpful. I am thinking of up-sizing to a bigger property and will definitely stay with this agent as know they will be very accommodating and ensure my move goes smoothly....

Despicable!!! I have never been so astonished in all my life as to how disgusting the so called manager speaks to people! I don't think I can name but lets just say her parents own the dive that is PLS move me to and she certainly only got the gig for that reason! Rude, interrupts, and never has any logic to anything she has to say.. ever! There are a few nice girls there but other than that terrible. Awful awful agent, I would be extremely surprised if they even have a clue what they are doing. Roof leaked and they did nothing even after several calls and letters and a report from a local builder. Boiler broke down as well and same situation but this time I called a registered plumber and heating engineer he condemned the boiler as unsafe and still heard nothing from them, gave notice and moved out. Have you noticed all good reviews are by landlords? All upset and bad reviews by tenants? Obviously got a nice amount of money from us for stupid reasons. Im leaving after 4 months (had to give a two month notice!!!) health and safety ignored, phone calls ignored, no shower, no hot water, electrics sparking, carpet infested with mites when I moved in, carpets rotting, toilet broken, tiles coming up in b-room etc list goes on. AFAIK the 2 months notice is required by law as a part of assured shorthold tenancy with fixed term contract. Not their fault then. I had the same and because I gave notice a couple of days after the day when we used to pay the rent, our notice was close to 3 months and we nearly lost the house we were buying. We ended up paying the first mortgage and the rent for the old house at the same time. I think it's supposed to protect landlords.....

Is it possible to give them negative stars?? They moved us into a house in winter 2009 which had a broken boiler. Obviously, they pretended that this was news to them but we had a word with our neighbours who confirmed that the previous tenant with a toddler moved out before the end of their contract because of issues they had with the boiler. Possibly the most useless company in the world. I lived with them for 3 months. After the first month I was told by a solicitor in London that I was trespassing in the house pls said ignore it. Month later I'm told again I'm trespassing and that my contract was null and void. Month after I get handed a court notice for trespassing. I had terrible experience of very unprofessional and rude behaviour from the staff. No sense of mannerisms and very aggressive behaviour. They try their best to take out maximum money out of you when it comes to returning the deposit....

PLS have managed my properties since 2004 and have consistently provided friendly and helpful service. On occaisions when problems have arisen (inevitable in this business) they have always worked hard to resolve the issues as quickly and economcally as possible....

My experience is that too many agents are re-active, probably a result of the 'good times'. With Pls you get a positive, pro-active approach which is exactly what landlords need, especially in a recession. They are friendly, and professional....

Pls Move Me is an ARLA registered agent. Tracey and Ian are very knowledgeable about the lettings business and both show integrity. I have always found them to be totally honest and professional. They try to reduce any problems related to letting and communications are sent with regularity.
