Terrible customer service.
Impolite and impatient on the phone with a prospective buyer. Really not the attitude to encourage sales. My heart goes out to the vendors who have instructed these "Agents"....

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
