I have been hugely disappointed with this company. I had bought the flat and been informed by them( the managing agent) that the property was in a good state of repair. When the tenant handed in his notice, it appears that there was no deposit in place. Apparently the previous agent had pocketed it. I feel that when they took over the tenancy that due diligence would have highlighted this fact. We are now responsible for the returning of the deposit. Late payments fobbed off when chasing the rent payment every month and overall bad management. Now I know why I didn't get paid. Because there was no money in the account even though my tenant had paid it to PLA! See below! The company has gone into liquidation luckily after i took my property back and now the director has been struck off! Not fair on landlords and tenants this!...

I had a number of properties and i never got paid on time I had to chase every month to get paid no reviews were ever done and i always got fobbed off with excuse from Emily. I finally took my properties elsewhere after I dint get paid for three months. Don't trust them and would not recommend them to anyone....
