This company makes it impossible to get in contact with themselves. And will only contact you if they wish to make some money from you I.E a new contract that requires a fee. they arrange meetings you pay for a taxi to go to and then they are out of office. What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually been there with customer relations not just pass the blame. Ignore and only respond or get in contact to take more money.
