As the manager of Pike Smith & Kemp I am distressed by your comments, and am sorry you feel this way. However I believe in this instance the vendor was unhappy to sell the property at the offer given by yourselves. As agents we act in good faith and all offers are communicated fairly and without prejudice so the vendor can make a sound judgement.
