View all comments (1) To answer your initial question, yes we do inspect properties, though that ability has been severely restricted by the Covid lockdown where we have been advised not to carry out inspections unless absolutely necessary. Firstly, you have not had the courtesy to report any of this to us direct, and I am not aware that any of the properties we manage, which do get inspected, have a junk yard at the back. I recall you indeed did want to view the retail unit in Coalville and we did advise you that we were awaiting Landlord's instructions before we could arrange any viewing. We most certainly did contact you when we received instructions, but unfortunately you were away on holiday and unable to view.
