From day one they have been on the side of the landlord and have no interest in dealing with issues which have been ongoing since we moved in January 2017. Over the top for what you get. You pay for inventory which is done by one of the estate agents in the office who clearly has no training on how to complete inventories and then charge silly money for the priviledge. The inventory was basic and even the photos were incorrect in that they were taken on different days and not on the same day the report was done.

Used them to let my property, despite regular letters stating visits to the property found it in clean condition, once tenants left I inspected the property and the tenants had repainted, hung wallpaper, left dog muck in carrier bags in the garden. Tell the truth, employ staff that know what they are doing and remember that it\'s the tenants that pay their wages

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
