We used this agent as she happened to live in the same estate as us and felt she had good knowledge of the houses.

What agent could do to change your mind?
In spite of us voicing concerns to her manager whose response was "she has 15 years experience" - her unprofessional and overbearing manner continued. Disappointed now in the company in its entirety.Attached Filesnbsp;
Comment on agent fees
‚£3,000 for doing what exactly? We provided our own photos, description AND a floorplan which she took measurements for.
