![]() Esteban on 15th Feb 2024 1 Star Review We requested the final contract from this agency several times before they sent it last Thursday. There were fundamental changes from the draft contract and Tenancy Guide that we signed. We are used to dealing with a property agent who is clear and straightforward, and we were not happy to make a deal with an agent who changes the contract nine days before making a big step such as moving house. This was very inconvenient for us and we consider the agent untrustworthy. We did not reach an agreement and did not sign the contract. This would have not happened if the terms of the contract were clear from the beginning.

Fees were decent. I liked the fact that as I am currently not working I did not have to pay a reference fee as my husband did. But they simply credit checked me. Most estate agents will charge for every little thing. Very reasonable.
