We have known Perry for some time, having dealt with him previously regarding the leasing of commercial premises, so it made sense to use him again for the sale of our residential property. On both occasions we found Perry and the Leetes' staff to be friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable of the local market. Perry doesn\'t just go the "extra mile" - he goes the "extra marathon" for his clients. He doesn\'t leave them hanging for days or even weeks for replies to messages and emails as some others had done before and been dropped for it. Chains and multiple office agencies just don\'t have the same incentive to see a sale through. I found them very active when selling my property but, more importantly, there were a number of problems when trying to reach the exchange of contracts. Both brothers worked extremely hard to resolve these issues and without their diligence I think it could have taken several weeks more. I cannot praise them highly enough....
