For the record, our buyers were not in a position to move in the timescale needed and clearly explained. They were ready to move 4 days after which meant I was out of pocket. Please ensure any information you quote is accurate. I would like to once again draw your attention to your glossy brochure which states ‘we will be proactive, talking to everyone involved in the process from solicitors to other agents'. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
