I cannot believe the service we have had from this letting agent. I would not trust them at all. They are the most dishonest agency I have ever come across. Do not rent 4 Newlyn Walk from them, as the between the Landlords and the agents, they are an utter nightmare....

I have honestly not experienced such bad service before in my life. They are the most dishonest estate agents I have ever come across. Despite the countless phone calls and emails, getting an honest answer from them is impossible. I would not ever recommend anyone to rent with this estate agents. The will cause you a huge amount of stress....

Absolutely dreadful experiences. Repeated notifications regarding necessary repairs were repeatedly ignored or we were fobbed off with the old, "we will get back to you shortly" line. The house had a mould problem from the start, and despite mentioning this on each of every one of the agency's 24 home visits, nothing was ever done about it. Yet when the tenancy ended, Pearsons had the gall to claim we had to pay to remove mould from the living room! The heating was left broken and ino...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have engaged with us more, instead of trying to screw as much money for as little work as possible out of us.
Comment on agent fees
They wanted to charge us for emails, spurious \"admin fees\", and costs to them to dispute their deposit deductions, even though it doesn\'t actually cost them anything. Were only interested in squeezing as much out of us as they thought they could.

Pearsons has simply provided a consistently terrible level of tenant care, by repeatedly failing to respond issues of maintenance and repair from the start of my tenancy until the end. Issues include a 3 month delay from reporting a broken cooker to having it replaced, multiple minor repairs that were promised on move in, yet failed to materialise (despite ongoing reminders), and a general failure to fulfill any customer care related duties. I only received any action when they were looking to ...

I had used Pearson\'s for over 10 years but every since Vanessa left the level of service in the lettings department had started to slide, until they reached all time low. Issue one On a check out from one tenant the property wasn\'t professionally cleaned, when question as to why not. I was informed, that Pearson\'s didn\'t know it wasn\'t professionally cleaned at the start of the tenancy. Strange as Pearson\'s signed the keys out to the cleaning company, plus the cleaning company sent ...

I found the moving out-experience traumatic, stressful, and am still scared for the well-being of my family because of the threatening nature of Pearsons "negotiation" methods. I did nothing wrong, but I feel I was made the target of a brutal campaign intended to do me out of considerable amounts of money....

They need to respect Tennant's rights, and not feel that they can bully their way through life. If they paid my deposit back in full like I deserve, I would have been happier.

I have rented for ten years and never have I been so shocked by the number of things they have forgotten? I have rented with Pearsons for only one year. The property was not professionally cleaned in time for our move in date. As agreed by Pearsons they agreed that we would not be expected to pay for a professional clean on the move out because it had not been completed before our move in date. However they seem to of conveniently forgotten this fact now that the landlady is not happy with th...

Worst Letting Agents ever used in 6 years. Had to show one set of prospective tenants round myself as they did not turn up for appointment. When complained was first told that the tenant did not turn up, and was then told someone from Pearsons was sat outside in the car and did not see the tenant. Was told by phone they had arranged an inventory when they were never asked to do one. Sent Gas check details etc. to them and they confirmed by phone they had received then and then received more t...

Not as bad as other lettings agents I have used, at least the previous letting manager was competent and thorough in her job. Let down by very slow payment times, remittance can take a week to 10 days to arrive. Worst case was a 2 week delay as they failed to take into account making a payment before bank holidays....

Have been using Pearsons for 8 years as a landlord, and they have consistently given me a good service through 5 tenancies. Their fees aren't the cheapest, but all repairs, gas inspections are charged at cost and the (relatively small) extras aren't hidden. One star off for providing me with one particularly difficult tenant - but I really got my money's worth from them in the effort they put into dealing with the problem and helping me get the house into a lettable condition after the tenant l...
