1 Pay the outstanding rent 2 Pay the deposit that was not put into the DPS (as per contract) 3 Return furniture 4 Return one of the dozens of phone calls or e mails

He ripped us off as well, I saw a bbc tv show which exposed him. He's a known fraudster* ...
