 Xyz on 30th Aug 20231 Star Review Beware of this agency! One of the employee let's out his property in Feltham and is a bully and threatens you. Do not trust this agency and its staff members. Just sweet talks. When you want to end tenancy you will end up losing the deposit money as the landlord cheats you as the agency then stays out of the picture and asks to deal directly with landlord. Be prepared for quarterly house inspections.

Lovely when u see them, but rude on emails and and phone calls and difficult to get things done bit happy to demand you pay for things or ignore your requests.. they leave you to sort things out if them in their own cool time or not at all.Would not rent a property with them as a tenant ever again. Rude and very unprofessional on emails and phone our of no were. Needs training. Emails n calls threatening, demanding and blackmailing and insulting.
