We found that when looking for properties in the area we spoke to a lot of different agents and none of them thought about our actual requirements, more to try and upsell us and basically just sell us anything! Peach have been let and managing my property in Old Street for over 6 years now and they have been a pleasure to deal with, in particular Gregg, Jo and Chris who have been there throughout the whole duration (which I found to be refreshing compared with lots of others agents with high turnover of staff who never offer a personal touch). I would strongly recommend their services to anyone thinking of renting or selling their property in the local area....

I found the whole process with Peach to be really positive. The staff are super friendly and helpful, particularly Chris and Gregg. I had several estate agents round to mull over my options and chose Peach not on the basis that their fee was one of the more competitive quoted, but on their knowledge of the market and their no nonsense approach. I have been using Peach Properties in excess of 10 years for my lettings. They have been the best and ONLY agent I use and will ever use due to the honest service they provide. Do not get me wrong, I am not writing this for the sake of it, but I have several siblings who have had different letting agents manage their properties and they have all had complications. I am specifically writing about the asset mangement by Peach, not them as a lettings agent as they were fantastic on that front. Currently, they manage the flat I rent and they have failed to repair a fridge for 6 days so far, and it is going to be 9 days in total (on current estimate). Despite them being the \'asset manger\' I have had to arrange a contractor, and push for them to repair this pretty vital item of accommodation. Dear Ms W As complaints are rare ( and we manage in excess of 200 properties ) I know to which property you refer to. I would like to clarify a few points. Avoid the cutsey "these agents are not like Foxtons, they are down to earth, blahdeblah" reviews. Prior to contract signing I said that I was married and would be living in the new property with my wife. Dear Sir, If your wife was going to be living at the property, then she should have been on the AST agreement. Tenants often don't wish to put other persons on the AST to avoid paying additional referencing costs ( we use MARAS reference agency ). Often Landlords do request amendments to AST agreements prior to signing, but our agreements are written up but trade software specialists (with specialist Solicitors) who update them on a regular basis. We are not lawyers, therefore do not amend them ...
