We are located in the heart of Londons East End, the new epicentre of urban living, from the ultra hip yet diverse surroundings of Brick Lane, Hoxton, Spitalfields, Bethnal Green, Old Street and Shoreditch to the two major financial districts of The City and Canary Wharf.

“ a bad experience unfortunately... ”

Agents are slow to respond to requests. They do not take phone calls, and emails were met with an out of office message every single time. Repairs are very slow to occur, with a leak in the kitchen drain pipe going unaddressed for over a ...

Management department is a bit of a joke ! They say open from 9 till 5 but it's more like 11 till 3, and even then you are put through to a useless voice mail 9 times out of 10. I've had a number of issues since moving into the managed property ...

I am specifically writing about the asset mangement by Peach, not them as a lettings agent as they were fantastic on that front. Currently, they manage the flat I rent and they have failed to repair a fridge for 6 days so far, and it is ...

Dear Ms W As complaints are rare ( and we manage in excess of 200 properties ) I know to which property you refer to. I would like to clarify a few points. Firstly, the fridge ( not fridge freezer ) was reported broken by you in the week and we advised you that we couldn't get our approved contractor out to the property until after the weekend - which was unfortunate due to illness. You said that this was unacceptable so we mutually agreed that you could enquirie for your own contractor to at ...

Avoid the cutsey "these agents are not like Foxtons, they are down to earth, blahdeblah" reviews. Prior to contract signing I said that I was married and would be living in the new property with my wife. At the contract signing they said ...

Dear Sir, If your wife was going to be living at the property, then she should have been on the AST agreement. Tenants often don't wish to put other persons on the AST to avoid paying additional referencing costs ( we use MARAS reference agency ). Often Landlords do request amendments to AST agreements prior to signing, but our agreements are written up but trade software specialists (with specialist Solicitors) who update them on a regular basis. We are not lawyers, therefore do not amend them ...
