Thank you for confirming that it was one room that was painted. I was charged £420 for what you claimed in your email was the whole flat. Absolute charlatans and should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves! Also, the plumber stated that the overflow was loose from the front inside the bath (accessible from inside the bath) and that had anyone inspected properly (by turning it) it would have been obvious it was loose. On the former tenant they refused to repair which resulted in them getting a judgement against them Part of the judgement was it 60% reduced rent which they did not follow then refuse Anthony carry out repairs which they did not do the solution to the problem was too is it do you have it to put the deposit into one of three schemes okay till I got annoy involved also in the building there is four flats in total run by Pavilion property top floor when the time is robbed off by a member of ...
