Avoid, they will take as much as they can from your deposit once you depart. They come round checking the property every 3 months which is very annoying! Much better agents out there who won't sting you for every last penny they can get out of ... Read Full Review

Fees are 99 pounds to hold a property plus 150 pounds checkout fee. If you're ok with it it's fine; it's written in the contract but could be mentioned earlier on a view to avoid conflicts. We had no problem with it but other people might do.

Interrogation upon phoning to simply request viewing a property (how much to you earn, where do you work etc).
