Thank you for your feedback but here is our reply to what really happened You did agree to a start date and the flat was not ready in time. However, this was completely out of our control as we were only an introductory agent on this property and the Landlord was organising the works. The move in date was changed for two other reasons which you have failed to mention in your review. 1. Your were going on holiday for 11 days and you said that you were happy not to be paying for a flat wh ...
